Privacy notice

How Tech Proxy Ltd handles personal data, and your rights.

Who we are

Tech Proxy Ltd (company number 13354803, registered office 17 Green Lanes, London N16 9BS) is responsible for the personal data described here. For any privacy question, email onur@techproxy.co.uk.

What we collect and why

  • Emails you send us: your name, email address and anything you include. We use them to reply to you.
  • If we work together: business contact details of the people we deal with, and contract and invoice records. We use them to deliver the work and keep the accounting records the law requires.
  • When you visit this website: our hosting provider processes technical data, such as your IP address, to deliver and secure the site. We do not keep it.

We do not sell personal data, use it for automated decision-making or send marketing emails. You do not have to give us anything to browse this website, but we need your email address to reply to you.

We keep enquiries that do not lead to work for up to 2 years, and contract and financial records for 6 years, as HMRC requires.

Your right to object: you can object at any time to our use of your data based on legitimate interests.
